Service Description

One - 75 minute one on one video session. This is for clients who want to do healing work more individually and on one specific topic. You desire help in identify your limiting beliefs around an issue and would also like to go at your own pace. This option can be chosen on a monthly basis for those wanting continuous support and guidance without such intensive coaching. It can also be chosen intermittently for when you are needing a booster or as new life challenges arise. We will discuss your presenting problem (what brought you to seek help), what your healing intentions are, and dive into tools for you to utilize as you do your healing work at your own pace. Your session will be developed specifically for you and your holistic needs and intends to meet you where you are at in your journey. You will receive assistance in identifying underlying core beliefs that are stifling your growth and contributing to self-sabotaging behaviors within 1 specific sector of your life (i.e. love, career, wealth, parenting, health etc) Client’s ability to give a brief synopsis of the presenting problem prior to scheduled private session via email as to identify the scope of healing prior to the session. By providing this information concisely prior to the session, it ensures you get the most out of your one on one time.
